Im writing this topic couse some situation are I think little unfair in our guild.What im writing here,its not only mine opinion but also other members from our guild.

First Thing : Alts on raids
The problem is that alts are blocking space for ppl who wanna raid on their main character.There were many memebrs who were anoyed with that.
Futrhemore , alts are looting itmes. Its little unfair guys that alt characters are rolling items with main character.I understand if the main character dont need this item , so they let roll for alts.But now what I see that alts are better geared then some Mains from dld couse of rolling reward from the boss with other memebrs.(little silly dont u think?)
I think that alts should only go on raids if we are missing some class.The dkp will get the main character.Alts should only roll the items if noone need them (for dkp from his main).

Third Thing :"are we raiding ?"
I dont rememebr who it was but someonewraitto me , why he dont know that at 12 am is raid to karazhan. He asked before if we are doing something and noone answered.OK I know that it is only 10ppl raid and we are doing it whenever you want but maybe other ppl (less geared) want also go at some early time (10am. 1pm) so It would be great if some would post it on our new Raid Calender. I know few ppl who would go to karazhan before 8pm. Oh and one word about it . Guys if someone write to me "Ozy come we are doing karazhan " and noone told me it before that we are doing raid at 1pm , dont be angry that I wont come.That why we should Write it somewhere to be prepare for it.

"Why there isnt raid 25,its already 8 pm!!"
I think that noone should be in instance at 8pm.Couse of 5 ppl , 20 others are waiting for them to go on raid

Mix raids to ZA ?
Would be great if we inv some new ungeared ppl ( im thinking about half blue and half epic) to Zula Aman raid. I dont say that we take there 5 new memebrs but 1-3 couse its a hard instnace. I see that ZA raids are choosen opnly be "elite" players who knows what to do.It dont make sense couse those new ppl will never learn to play.It is also some preapre for them , for the 25 raids.

Internet Raid Calnder for dld.
Im really glad to see a calender where we can sign up for raids.It was alwayes a problem with it on GEM or GC addons. But I please make the posts much earlier. I checked today that we have a raid tonight.Yestereday I havent seen it. Maybe write those raids for all week so we Can plan some free time for the raids.

Please write you opinion what you think about the problems what I have written here.It would help to decide what we should change in our guild to make it better ;].

well ozy most of problems are real and they wasnt here b4 when Mordimmer was here and bit after just b4 i took my 2 mounths brake.
ofc i talk bout alts thing.
but i will not agree for alts in 10 mans. this instances (specialy kara) was already pushed away by DLD and allowed to even PUG.
So alt not alt but in kara is like whatever , ofc depends on people couse there are new people in guild i would pass loot for in kara Smile

but there are some people all time that come and go like a wind taking loot with them.
and most of guild not "elite" but core* members are able to see after 1 week who stays who goes soon out Smile

than no need to gear mr.X as we know he will leave guild in week for sure.
Ofc people not supposed to go 5mans or 10 mans b4 we are about to pick up 25 mans.
Infact not many of new people bother to look for tactics or even for guild rules as we all noticed.
Sience i remember in DLD was like this:
-inniciate (nearly 0 raids)
-member (slowly starts to get inv)
-Veteran (nearly all raids)
if u moan at iniciate u never get to member....
if u cant be patient how the hell u supposed to be ok in later on?
many of us will agree to my Point.But yes Ozy we got to make changes.

As I remember correctly situation with alts has been implemented when we were strugling to get ppl to do proper 25m raid, sudendly we had tons of dps and zero healers or oposite way around, so on that time it was good. But now situation with ppl is getting better think we are around 85% from perfect shape of raiding guild in my opinion we missing few clases but that for sure will be sort out shortly or knowing CLeaner he will find different tactics for bosses so we will not need them. Comming back to alt issue that should be change but on the other hand I can't understand some players that are not sloting their gems trying to say that shortly they will get something better and don't want to wast gold and funny enough on the same time they pourchased this new title for 1000g, if that will be a case I would prefere that alts are going on raids and get geard properly so there will be a use for them when need insted of gearing new ppl which simply don't care.
I remember on my own how painful it was to get some of my items

Think to get situation clear we should put on forum new guild rules and every member which wants to raid needs to read them and put his signature that agrees to them and is going to stick to them without deviation to anyone.
